Thousands Evacuated in North West China After Heavy Rains, Flooding Harrowing images have emerged from Shaanxi province in north west China, where torrential rains have washed away roads, destroyed bridges, and forced residents to flee their homes.
Over 140,000 people have been evacuated since July 30, with more than 25,000 displaced in the past 24 hours alone.
