Electric Dreams in Southeast Asia's Automotive Hub Thailand's ambitious plan to replace 80,000 commercial transport vehicles with electric ones is being touted as a crucial step towards boosting its auto industry and reducing emissions.

The $920 million scheme aims to promote locally made EVs, which use a majority of locally sourced parts.
